HOW TO BURN FRANKINCENSE, OUDH & RESINS ON CHARCOAL
Make sure you have a safe, heat-proof incense burner.
Hold the charcoal carefully – ideally with tongs – and use a lighter to heat the charcoal until it begins to crackle and glow. Place the charcoal in the burner and wait for it to fully heat (around 1 minute). Then, place your choice of resins or loose incense on top and enjoy.
Putting sand in the bottom of your burner keeps the burner in good shape longer.

Choose your favourite net burner and light an unscented tealight underneath.
Place your chosen incense, resin or both on top of the net in any combination you like. This gives you a beautiful scent experience with less smoke and a slower burn.
Lightly scrub the net/mesh plate with washing up liquid to clean when needed.

Set your intention. Use a mantra of choice or simply feel calm and ready to welcome in positive energy.
Light your herb or resin of choice then blow out the flame. You always want the smoke, NOT the flame.
Clear your body and space. Wave the smoke under your feet to the top of your head and around your space.
