How do I burn/use your products?

How do you sell your incense sticks?

Our incense sticks are usually sold in packs of 20. Please check the product description of individual items as this can vary.

How long do your incense sticks burn for?

Each incense stick burns for a minimum of 40 minutes unless otherwise stated in the product description. Some sticks burn a lot longer than this.

How long do your Sacred Stones burn for?

When used in an oil burner with a tealight, one teaspoon will burn for 4 hours. Often, our customers will say they burn a lot longer. When burning on charcoal, the burn time is a lot less. More info can be found on the ‘HOW TO’ page.

Are your products vegan friendly?

Yes! Our incense is vegan. We love all animals and so none of our products are derived from animal products. Also, none of our products, or any of their ingredients, are tested on animals.

What’s in your incense?

All of our products are derived from natural materials. We work closely with all of our suppliers and providers to ensure that only the very best ingredients are used in the creation of our products. We believe that this extra effort is really noticeable in our incense. We are also passionate about responsible sourcing and take into account things such as sustainability and ethics when sourcing any of our materials.

Are your products and packaging recyclable?

We’re always working on improving our environmental impact. Our incense sticks come to you in paper and card packaging. Our Sacred Stones and some other products are in PET recyclable plastic jars so a lot of our postage and packaging materials are, and can be, recycled. We know we’re not perfect but the more we do, the better we get and are always working towards better solutions for packaging that is suitable for the rich oils in our products.

How can I place an order?

The easiest way to order is online here, via our website. Simply add the items you’d like to your shopping basket and proceed through the checkout process. We accept all major cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

You can also place your order with us over the phone if you prefer.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders over £50 in the UK. For orders under £50, a flat fee of £3.95 is charged for standard UK postage. For EU tracked and recorded shipping is £9 and anywhere outside of the EU is tracked and recorded shipping is £14.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days, although dependent on the volume of orders we receive, it may take a couple of days longer. We ask that you allow up to 7 working days for an order in the United Kingdom to arrive, and up to 15 working days for overseas.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.

Will I have to pay any import taxes?

Outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duty/taxes when the parcel reaches your county. Please be aware that you are responsible for any and all international taxes and import fees that might be incurred. Every country varies in the amount and laws. You might want to check the cost and policy before you place an order. The Import and VAT taxes are not included in the price.

If I need to, can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please let us know ASAP after you’ve placed it. We cannot cancel your order if it has already been posted. In which case, you can send the parcel back but the return postage will be at a cost to you.

Can I return/exchange my item?

We hope that you love everything you receive. However, if you need to return an item, it needs to come back to us unused, undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days of you receiving them. This will be at a cost to you.
