I burned this fat stick all in one go as I do not like closing off incenses half-way. It burned for just under 2 hours in a room without draughts. The lively sweet top notes, possibly halmaddi, initially mask what lies underneath – a gentle, somewhat earthy, sometimes with a flash of bitter in an intricate mixture that I cannot unravel, but which is soft and lovely and calming. A very professional stick which I highly recommend. Very India.
